Meditation is a great exercise for better control over our thoughts & emotions. Practicing meditation is not very difficult as any one can do it easily. Meditation for beginners is for those who started practicing meditation recently and are not having proper guidelines to do it.

All we have to do is start with following instructions:
  • Begin in just 5 minutes
  • Do not try to stop thought
  • Focus on your breath
  • Count till 3 as you inhale, count till 5 as you exhale
  • When you notice yourself thinking, acknowledge it and come back on focusing your breath
