What is Phobia? 

Phobia is a kind of strong fear from a certain or multiple factors. These factors could be an animal, a place, water, fire, a situation, some environment, a surrounding, any voice or to simply put: anything under the sun can be a factor of a certain phobia. A person suffering from phobia can feel strong fear and acute danger when made to face his phobia. Generally, this fear is felt more in mind than in reality. If a mind is troubled or is under tension/stress than this phobia-related anxiety goes only worse. 

What are Phobia's impacts on a person?

 
It is very important to address this issue and to work on it. Phobia has many possible negative impacts on the mind as well as health. It can hamper self-confidence, self-belief, can cause hesitation and fear, raises doubts on own actions, impacts decision-making abilities. In some cases, it can even cause insomnia. Overall Health also suffers as it may cause uneven digestion, disturbs appetite and can cause restlessness.
